Sponsorship Requests
Thank
you for your interest in sponsorship. We are honored that you feel that
our company and our products would be a good fit with your team.
As
you can imagine, we get hundreds of such requests a year. Furthermore,
our customer base is made up of racers, so the very people that we are
trying to sell our products to are asking for us to provide them
product and/or support. Consequently, we have adopted a mindset where
we do not "give away" any product. Our prices are low and we cater to
the grassroots racer accordingly.
We
do however offer a “Marketing Partner” program. In that program, we
offer a 25% discount from the prices shown on our website. Purchases
are unlimited, so discounted Items can be offered to team members,
friends, family, other competitors, etc. Any “custom made” items
ordered through our Custom Shop in Irmo, SC would carry a 15% discount.
We can discuss further discounts if the team operates as a business and
is interested in stocking merchandise to sell to other competitors.
In exchange for this Marketing Partner program, we require:
- Display of RaceQuip decals on racecar(s)
- Display of RaceQuip decals on hauler(s)
- The option to embroider a large RaceQuip logo onto any suit to be worn by a team member
- Inclusion of a RaceQuip logo and URL on any team website
- Inclusion of a RaceQuip logo and URL on any team collateral material
- The team to distribute catalogs or collateral material to other racers
- An image of the driver (or driver with car) wearing a RaceQuip suit
- Permission to publish the driver’s name and/or likeness on any website, catalog, advertising, or other such materials.
If
you agree to participate in this program, please click on the Marketing
Partner Contract PDF icon below and either fax or mail back to us. We
will then enter your team into our system with the 25% discount so that
anyone can call and order products as needed. Thanks again for your
